Experience
Internships
Diversify your internships to find out what you really want to do. Ex. I want to be a global brand manager. I have done internships in Growth Marketing, Analytical/Digital Marketing, and Consumer Marketing.
Leadership
Don't be afraid to get involved on campus by taking on a leadership role. This doesn't have to be a president of an organization type of role, it could just be a demonstration of showing initiative.
Passion
Regardless of your experiences, make sure there is passion behind them. Most of the time if you are going out for a role, your passion will help you explain your qualifications. This could be through creativity and design, service, learning, and anything else.
